Abstract
The article ist dedicated to the learning of steadiness of formation, development and manifistation of educational and professional motivation of junior students by a process of involving them to social projects, master classes and exhibitions. The author also generalizes her own organisational and methodical experience, the results of the teaching of experimental activities.
