Roots of surrealism in a collection «Zviroslov» by Тatiana Мalyarchuk: recommendation for study in universities
Abstract
The author of this article tries to analyze the work of Tatiana Malyarchuk in the context of Ukrainian literature XX-XXI centuries. Exploring the art-style features of her story «Butterfly», author draws the parallels with traditional symbols and images of national mythology, indicates the features of surrealism and postmodernism in this story. Based on a thorough analysis, the author proposes a model of this story’s studying at the university in relations with the cinematic arts.
