EXPERIMENTAL CHECK OF PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF REALIZATION OF MODEL OF FORMATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE ENGINEERS-TEACHERS OF THE SPHERE OF CLOTHING MANUFACTURE
Abstract
The article presents the results of experimental verification of the effectiveness of implementation of pedagogical conditions of realization of model of formation of technological competence of future engineers-teachers of the sphere of clothing manufacture. Experimental work involved the execution of three stages: the first stage of the forming experiment included study of formation of future teachers-engineers motivational orientation on achievement of the highest levels of professional achievement motives, motives of creative achievements (motivational-value criterion of formation of technological competence); the second stage is diagnosing the level of knowledge of the theoretical foundations of technologies, methodological knowledge about the process of inservice training and understanding of basic technological concepts, perceptions, ways of production activity analysis was performed of results of semester examinations in disciplines of the professionally oriented cycle and the method of the pedagogical testing aimed at the study of formation of future teachers-engineers and technological competence on indicators of cognitive and practical criteria; the third step is to identify the level of formation of technological competence of future engineers-teachers of the sphere of clothing manufacture on the reflexive criterion, which was determined based on the determined level of creativity, self-actualization and self-esteem. Using the methods of mathematical statistics the proven reliability of quantitative data and the correct hypotheses. The conclusion is made about the effectiveness of the proposed model of formation of technological competence and feasibility of its introduction in process of training of future engineers-teachers of the sphere of clothing manufacture.
