Сultural and educational factor of national progress.
Abstract
The article highlights the importance of the problem of implementing the content of lifelong learning pedagogical principle kulturovidpovidnosti. Consider the objectives and motivation for the formation of core competencies cultural, social, civic character defined the Recommendations, and the role of cultural and educational factor in the implementation of the Strategy national patriotic education.
