SPECIFICS OF DEVELOPMENT OF ART INSTITUTIONS IN THE EXTRACURRICULAR EDUCATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL

Abstract

During the organization of children's recreation in the health-educational institutions of Ukraine, cultural and artistic-educational component becomes of great importance. After all, classes in extracurricular institutions, being optional, naturally "complete" the unfilled intervals of social formation of the individual. It is proved that extracurricular activities in the conditions of formation of a new Ukrainian school should be considered as an important factor of the fullest disclosure of students' abilities and the solution of various educational problems, creation of a holistic system of search and education of creatively gifted personality. The factors of realization of the goal of teachers of extracurricular institutions that promote the growth of gifted children are determined. The proposed article, in accordance with the state standards of activity of children's camps in Ukraine, provides methodical recommendations for the organization of an art extracurricular center. After all, extracurricular activities today should be considered as an important factor in the fullest disclosure of students' abilities and the solution of various educational problems, the creation of a holistic system of search and education of a creatively gifted personality. The concept of forming a national-patriotic sense of the artefact by means of art within the Artek International Children's Center is presented. Practical experience of the activity of the cultural and art center of ICC "Artek", its content and essence in the conditions of formation of the New Ukrainian school. Artek International Children's Center is a cluster that combines a variety of cultural projects designed for free choice by children outside different societies and Commonwealth. The project offered children different types of interest-based activities that help to expand their own capacities and to open up new abilities. Systematization takes place in the calendar cycle of annual holidays. Understanding the national culture of our people has a tremendous influence on the formation of national-patriotic feelings of the child. Educating national consciousness and self-consciousness in the younger generation is an integral part of solving the fundamental problem of preparing a patriotic-conscious nation. It is determined that the task of modern educational institutions is to restore the powerful potential of the national spiritual wealth, formed and polished for many millennia, to attract the younger generation as much as possible to it, to feel the powerful cultural and historical foundations, to reach all the foundations, of our society. Also, the age peculiarities of children of the school period are presented. SYoumg students are an energetic, dynamic part of the population, whoshould realize the objective importance of national patriotic education to ensure active participation in the social and cultural life of the state. The methodological foundations and the importance of decorative and applied art are revealed in the cultural and artistic center of the ICC "Artek" in the perspective of modern education, in the new Ukrainian school.
