Abstract

The article is about the basic social and economic problems of modern Ukrainian society and described the role of vocational educational establishments, higher educational establishments of І-ІІ level of accreditation in their outcome. The relevance of conditioning is argued for forming of the realized career choice of pupils and students. The experience of pedagogical collective of Berdyansk EconomicHumanitarian College of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University is represented in creation of pedagogical terms of forming pupils’ and students’ readiness to planning and realization of career: forms, methods, ways of teachers’ work with youth of the college are indicated, a development process of the plan of professional career in stages is presented by future specialists. The effective methodologies are presented: the diagnostics of valued orientations in the career, the realization of genuine desires, the goal setting, the development and analysis of the plan of activity by their realization.
