FORMS AND METHODS OF SHAPING EXPERIMENT IN DEVELOPING THE LINGUISTIC-REGIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF UKRAINIAN LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE IN THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROCESS

Abstract

The stages of formation of linguistic-regional competence (value-regulative, information, activity-reflexive) of future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature in the process of professional training are analyzed in the article. The selection of appropriate forms and methods of forming linguistic- regional competence was made in the process of professional training in higher pedagogical institutions in accordance with the three-stage implementation of the model and pedagogical conditions of formation of the specified quality. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of linguistic-regional competence of future teachers-philologists are offered: updating of the content of professional training on the basis of using the value potential of linguistic-regional science; introduction of interactive forms and methods in the process of study of professional disciplines; intensification of educational and research training of future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature on the basis of interdisciplinary links. It is determined that the model of formation of linguistic-regional competence of future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature in the process of vocational training can be implemented in institutions of higher pedagogical education in order to improve their professional competences, to form them as bearers of multicultural-tolerant and cultural identity of world outlook models. The model is implemented in three stages (value-regulatory, informational and activity-reflective). It was found out that the value-motivational component of linguistic-regional competence of the future teacher of the Ukrainian language and literature was formed at the value-regulatory stage. Among the effective forms and methods of formation of this componence, it is advisable to have virtual excursions, in-person excursions to the museums of cultural Ukrainian studies, artistic direction of a certain region; meetings-disputes about local lore; conducting problematic lectures in professional disciplines; creation of micro projects on linguistic studies, drafting of the thesaurus, workshops, etc. At the informational stage of implementation of the model of formation of linguistic-regional competence of future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature, there was the formation of the cognitive component of the defined quality. The seminars-discussions were conducted, work in small groups within the scientific circle and practical classes, special seminars of research character and cross-curriculum seminars, independent study and further work on drafting the thesaurus. The active-reflexive stage of implementation of the model of formation of linguistic-regional competence in the process of professional training was directed to the formation of the behavioral component of the determined quality. For this purpose it was proposed to use creative search tasks with the method of stylistic analysis, creative exercises ("circle of ideas", "unfinished sentences", etc.), involvement in the work of a creative laboratory, a scientific group, the execution and presentation of research projects.
