Abstract

The basic concepts of moral and ethical qualities of a personality as a whole, are represented in the article and as a component of the preparation of a modern competitive skilled worker at the lessons of Foreign Literature, through the analysis of literary works. After all, a modern professional must have the following moral qualities: humanity, kindness, justice, tolerance, respect for others and self-esteem, hard work, responsibility. Therefore, it is necessary to devote enough time at the literature lessons to create positive moral qualities in the students. The main moral and ethical qualities of the article are positioned in two contexts: on the one hand, as indispensable individual-personality traits of a person, and on the other - as an important component of training a competitive skilled worker. Special attention is paid to the role and importance of the analysis of works of art in foreign literature, which is an important means of forming such moral qualities: humanity, kindness, justice, tolerance, respect for others and self-respect, diligence, responsibility. It is substantiated that the lessons of literature serve an effective means of developing positive moral qualities in students. During the study of the subject, while reading various works of art, students learn to be kind, just, honest, moral, able to empathize with others and help in a difficult moment. And this potential should be used to the fullest. For me, it is far more important that a literature teacher will train not just a skilled worker, not even a good professional, a specialist in their field, but above all - the person, the personality. The formation of moral and ethical qualities in the lessons of foreign literature as a component of the training of modern competitive skilled workers is an important and necessary work, because of the development of our state and its further prosperity, the main task is the development of a human as a person and the highest values of society, its intellectual value, and physical abilities, values formation and competencies necessary for successful self-realization. An employee who, in his work, is guided, first and foremost, by moral values, values spiritual achievements, respects the opinion of others, is able to express his thoughts on various topics - this is a true professional and the pride of our state.
